There's WiFi in the waiting room. Definitely a plus.

I know Parrish Ford is not a super dealer with tons of vehicles in inventory but for my wife and I we just can't see ourselves shopping else where. In fact being that smaller dealership where smiles and handshakes are valued makes buying a car even better.

We purchased a new Edge from JB Hodges several weeks ago. This vehicle happens to be my wife's car. She had a list of options, features, and colors in mind for this purchase. Since no cars were in inventory JB found several cars in the region and within three days my wife took delivery. JB not only took those extra steps in finding the right car he even enjoyed satisfying my wife's wish list.

No pressure sales tactics. All around great buying experience. I wish all car sales went this smooth. Jason was very friendly and accommodating. Harold made explaining the paper work easy to understand and the closing process was fast and simple. Will recommend to friends and family looking to buy.

IN OUR OPINION, THE LEFT HAND DOESN'T SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT HAND IS DOING. AND NO GENERAL MANAGER (CHIEF) OVERSEEING ALL THE STAFF (LITTLE INDIANS). VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR LEVEL OF PERSONALISED / INDIVIDUAL CARE. SO, IF YOU WANT A SALESMAN THAT GOES THROUGH A DOOR AND LETS IT GO WHILE YOUR ABOUT TO COME THROUGH IT OR A SERVICE DEPT WITH MECHANICS THAT DON'T NOTICE A BLATANT ISSUE UNTIL IT BECOMES A MAJOR ISSUE, THEN THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU..........ENJOY! AN OUNCE OF PREVENTION IS WORTH A POUND OF CURE.....JUST SAYIN' AGAIN, THIS IS JUST OUR OPINION TO BE TAKEN ANYWAY YOU LIKE.

After delivery we noticed a issue with the "Sync 3" system. The NAV system and pairing of cell phones was a hit or miss. The service department was very eager to fix the problem and after several tries and speaking with Ford Technical Support the "Sync 3" system finally broke giving a error code. A replacement part was ordered and the car was returned the next day and to t his day the system is working fine.

So we hope the business model doesn't change at Parrish where you take delivery from one person and everything with the sale is completed quickly.

Went to Parrish with my daughter after her car was totaled. JB Hodges was truly exceptional!! He was very down to earth, knowledgeable about the cars, and attentive to our needs and concerns. JB (and Mr Parrish) worked with us on the price to keep it within our allotted budget and were competitive with other larger dealerships. I genuinely feel that JB was looking out for our best interest and we're pleased with the outcome. We will be returning here in the future because of the exceptional personal treatment!!
