Norman funeral home has been extremely helpful to me, and while I am not thrilled to have need of an undertaker, Norman was pleasant to deal with, and was honest. I called with the service and arangements already planned out, and Norman was honest with me a told me that he hated to lose business, but that another organization would better be able to serve my needs.
