A bit limited in some selections but not too bad, especially given that it's somewhat hidden in the outskirts of Richmond.

Why remodel and then not get a sushi bar or salad bar or fresh seafood deli? I don't understand the remodeled stores if all you're going to do is move shelving and paint. But on a positive note, Food Lion is quick shopping because of the lack of fresh market items. Easy to get in and buy blue box Mac and Cheese and get out.
They don't care about their employees. I saw a manager yell at an employee who needed a water break because she seemed as though she wasn't feeling okay, and the manager made her cry saying it was her last f-ing break she was getting. They don't care about their customers because they put out broken equipment and don't take responsibility when someone gets hurt. They follow the incident report policy, but never take responsibility for hazards in their store.
Food Lion has great customer service. I had to return something I bought and they stood by their quality guarantee and gave me double my money back. My only criticism, is that sometimes the quality of their meat could be better.
