Nice and friendly place to have a lunch or dinner with your family. Very neat and the pizza was really really good.
The only reason they don't get a 5 star rating is their lack of, or rather, no outdoor seating. It would be nice to have a quaint outdoor area to enjoy meals under the stars.
Their hot sandwiches and pizza are delicious. I haven't tried anything else on their menu, but I've heard from friends that it's top notch! Plus, what's great, is that they offer a yummy ice cream selection.
Rather mediocre to poor. Chicken piccada is made from long frozen chicken breasts and comes with overcooked pasta and flavorless sauce. The pizza is very undercooked. I do not need to come here again.
HORRIBLE customer service! Food was OK, but the experience was terrible! Ordered food to go for 3 people and it was NOT a complicated order by any means. My kids picked up the food and brought it home (about 3 minutes away) and they gave us a few incorrect items. We called to let them know and we are basically told it was OUR fault! When I showed up to retrieve our paid for items, no one apologized. In fact, the manager said he "yelled at the waitress and checked the cameras to make sure". Basically, he wanted to ensure we weren't lying about how many boxes we got! Seriously??? The "manager" has ZERO tact, nor any customer relations skill. Living in a small town with limited choices, we will drive 20 plus minutes just to avoid this place from now on. I would recommend others to do the same. You'll get better service at any fast food restaurant!
Overall service was ok. Our server didn't smile and brought us the wromg thing. She asked my husband if he wanted a refill twice but never askked me. The food didnt have much of a flaver to it.
